Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your PascoCloud account and what happens to your data.
Option 1 — Full Account Deletion
To permanently delete your PascoCloud account and all associated personal data, send an email to:
Include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Email address registered to your Pasco account
- Full name on the account
What gets deleted
- Your user profile, avatar, and personal settings
- Organisation memberships and roles
- Push notification tokens and session data
- Email preferences and notification history
What is retained
Certain data may be retained in anonymised form or where required for legal, audit, or contractual obligations:
- Reports and inspection records you created — these may be required for building compliance and are retained under the parent project/organisation, with your name replaced by "Deleted User"
- Audit trail entries — anonymised but preserved for compliance purposes
- Comments on issues and tasks — author attribution is anonymised
Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. During the 30-day window you may contact us to cancel the request and recover your account.
Option 2 — Specific Data Deletion
If you want to remain on the platform but need specific data removed (e.g. a particular project's documents, uploaded photos, or personal information), you can request partial deletion by emailing privacy@pasco.cloud with details of the data you'd like removed.
Before You Request Deletion
Consider the following before submitting your request:
- If you are the sole admin of an organisation, transfer ownership to another member first — otherwise the organisation will be orphaned
- Download any reports or documents you need to keep — once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all project data
- If you only want to leave an organisation, you can do so from the organisation's settings page without deleting your account
