Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to request deletion of your Pasco Cloud or Pasco SiteView account and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Full Account Deletion

To permanently delete your Pasco Cloud or Pasco SiteView account and all associated personal data, send an email to:

privacy@pasco.cloud

Include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Email address registered to your Pasco account
  • Full name on the account
  • Which applications you use (Pasco Cloud, Pasco SiteView, or both)

What gets deleted

  • Your user profile, avatar, and personal settings
  • Organisation memberships and roles
  • Push notification tokens and session data
  • Email preferences and notification history
  • Measurement data, GPS coordinates, and survey records (Pasco SiteView)
  • Site photos uploaded to cloud storage
  • Saved RTK receiver and NTRIP correction service configuration
  • Locally cached offline data (cleared when the app is uninstalled or data is cleared manually)

What is retained

Certain data may be retained in anonymised form or where required for legal, audit, or contractual obligations:

  • Reports and inspection records you created — these may be required for building compliance and are retained under the parent project/organisation, with your name replaced by "Deleted User"
  • Audit trail entries — anonymised but preserved for compliance purposes
  • Comments on issues and tasks — author attribution is anonymised
  • Measurement records associated with shared construction sites — these may be required for project documentation and are retained under the parent site with your name anonymised

Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. During the 30-day window you may contact us to cancel the request and recover your account.

Option 2 — Specific Data Deletion

If you want to remain on the platform but need specific data removed (e.g. a particular project's documents, uploaded photos, measurement records, or personal information), you can request partial deletion by emailing privacy@pasco.cloud with details of the data you'd like removed.

Before You Request Deletion

Consider the following before submitting your request:

  • If you are the sole admin of an organisation, transfer ownership to another member first — otherwise the organisation will be orphaned
  • Download any reports or documents you need to keep — once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all project data
  • If you only want to leave an organisation, you can do so from the organisation's settings page without deleting your account
  • If you use Pasco SiteView, any measurements and photos synced to shared sites will be retained for project continuity. Unsynced offline data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app
